Element: Chakra nature of the technique. [Basic: Lightning, Wind, Water, Fire, Air] [Advanced Canon: Storm, Dust, Boil, Lava, Magnet, Scorch, Blaze, Explosion, Ice, Wood]
Hand Signs: All Ninjutsu require hand seals unless specifically accepted at staff’s discretion. [Only, Taijutsu, Genjutsu, Character Abilities, Clan/Village Based Skills, and Chakra Flow may be used without hand signs; unless, explicitly written to not include them. Canon techniques require their hand signs unless explicitly stated it can be used without them. This will require the proper level of Ninjutsu Nindo skill.]
Description: What your technique does. How it originated or was created. Include the purpose of the technique and detail sciences involved for A-Rank or above techniques. Keep in mind the usage of Shape Transformation, Nature Transformation, Yin-Yang Release, and the basics of Chakra.
Stats in Techniques/JutsuDistance: Is it Self-Applied, Melee, or Ranged?
Range: How far the technique can reach. (In meters. 1km Max at Kinjutsu-Rank)
Cost: The amount of Chakra paid to activate.
Upkeep: Cost per post the keep a technique in effect.
Speed: Speed that the technique can travel.
Strength: Determines damage of attacks from user's body or weapons wielded by the user. The Power of Taijutsu/Bukijutsu.
Intelligence: How sophisticated your Genjutsu or Fuuinjutsu is; another expression of Genjutsu/Fuuinjutsu Power.
Power: How much damage Ninjutsu based techniques can do.
Durability: How much damage your technique can withstand before breaking or becoming destroyed.
Persistence: These are Instant, Action, and Control.
- Instant : Instant skills are skills that do their work instantly, or are placed on the target on the first post and have no connection to the caster for the rest of its duration.
- Action : Action skills are skills that last multiple posts and require the attention of the caster each post anew. If the caster loses contact with the target, by a stun or an invulnerability, the action will have no effect. But since the skill is done each post anew, the skill will continue once the caster has contact with its target again.
- Control : Controls require constant contact between caster and target. If the contact is broken, the skill will end. Controls are also only cast once, only at the start of the skill when they make contact with the target, much like instants.
Stat Boosts/Reductions: Place any boosts/reductions to user or target's stats here; they are also to be included in the description. This includes jutsu.
Drawbacks/Weaknesses: Place any user or jutsu stat reductions here. Include elemental weaknesses or other drawbacks. Prerequisite techniques and jutsu requiring a Chakra cost are acceptable drawbacks. Preparation posts before the technique can be used are also acceptable. IE: Lightning Release defuses Explosion Release. The user of Edo Tensei can be forced to release the jutsu via Genjutsu. Rasenshuriken caused damage to Naruto's chakra circulatory system.
Duration: How many posts the technique lasts.
Cooldown: How many posts before you can use the technique again.
Parent/Derived Jutsu: Techniques or abilities used to create or perform the technique. This also includes techniques created from this technique.
