Bijuu Information

Post by Admin on Sun May 13, 2012 7:02 pm

Tailed Beasts (Bijuu)

Overview: The tailed beasts (尾獣, bijū) are the nine titanic behemoths within the Naruto series. They are differentiated by the number of tails they have, ranging from one to nine. The tailed beasts are living forms of chakra, sometimes referred to as "Chakra Monsters" (チャクラのバケモノ, Chakura no Bakemono),[1][2] giving them immense reserves of especially strong chakra that far outmatches most shinobi. The tailed beasts' chakra is colored red.

How Bijuu function on NC

On NC the tailed beasts are present in their own specific domains which are accessible to anyone on the site. All Bijuu are Staff-Played NPC. To gain access to these domains and attempt to tame one of the beasts in order to become its Jinchuriki; you must pass an S-Rank mission for the beast.

Afterward should you attempt the mission and pass you will be granted access to the Chakra Beast in full form. But be prepared for the fight of your character’s life!
Your character can die during this battle so it is of the utmost importance to prepare yourself beforehand. If you fail to tame the beast without dying you will have to wait 48hrs IRL before attempting the mission again. This increases by 48 additional hours each attempt.
Bijuu Mission:
Name: Capture the Bijuu
Rank: S-Rank
Issuer: Your Village’s Kage
Description: The balance of power throughout the ninja world has been at a tipping point. As a shinobi of your village, your assignment is simple. Capture a tailed beast for your respective village.
Objectives: Travel to the tailed beast's domain and face the tailed beast in battle; bring it back to your respective village.
Requirements:

  • Seal or Capture the Bijuu
  • 5000 accumulative words
  • Travel to the beast's domain
  • Return the beast to your respective village

Reward: 3000 Ryo

Beast Locations

Shukaku (Suna Desert)
Matatabi (Valley of Clouds and Lightning)
Isobu (Coastal Islands)
Son Gokū (Mountain Range)
Kokuō (Swamp Lands)
Saiken (The Ocean)
Chōmei (The Leaf Forest)
Gyūki (Turtle Island)
Kurama (Valley of the End)

Becoming a Jinchuriki

To become a Jinchuriki on NC you must tame and have the beast sealed within you. To seal a tailed beast the following is required;

  • The Bijuu itself
  • A Fuuinjutsu Specialist with a Master in Chakra or Intelligence
  • A-Rank custom or canon Fuuinjutsu technique
  • 2000 Words Training Post or 4000 Words accumulative Topic detailing the sealing process (Ryo can still be used to reduce word count here.)
  • You must have at least an Expert in Chakra to have the beast sealed within you

What happens when you become a Jinchuriki

In addition to gaining the title associated with Jinchuriki, those who play host to a Bijuu gain incredible abilities associated with their beast. On NC we use the Canon Bijuu. This is subject to change only once all the Bijuu have found hosts wherein we would create custom beasts to extend the fun. Information about a Jinchuriki's perks are listed here.
